Delete your SignChat account

Remove your account with or without the app.

Use the in-app delete flow for the fastest result, or email us if you no longer have access to SignChat. This page is intended for account deletion requests tied to the SignChat learning app.

Preferred in-app path

Open SignChat, then go to Profile or Settings, and choose Delete Account.

The app will submit the account deletion request and clear local learning data on the device.

Option 1

Delete your account in the app

Open SignChat.
Go to Profile or Settings.
Choose Delete Account.
Confirm the request.

Option 2

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to privacy@magicalsign.com.

Please include the following so we can identify the correct account:

Your SignChat username
The email address linked to your account
A short note that you want your account deleted

What gets deleted

Data covered by this request

Your SignChat account profile
Login-related account data
Server-side emotion statistics linked to your account
Local learning data when deletion is triggered inside the app

Important notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Cancel any active subscription through the platform billing system if needed.
Some records may be retained temporarily when required for security or legal compliance.
